It allows you to traverse through some alluring terrain to the Tibetan highlands and plateaus. The diverse landscape, dry and isolated terrain, sparse populated rural area, and traditional people with their authentic culture and religion are the major highlights of this tour. Embark on your tour from the capital city of Kathmandu. Take connecting flights to Simikot via Nepalgunj. Simikot is the headquarters of Humla district, one of the remotest places in Nepal. From here, the trail goes through rural villages, forests, and rivers to Tibet. We walk pass Kermi, Yalbang, Tumkot, Yari, and Hilsa to Mansarovar.

Mansarovar is one of the astonishing places on Earth. The turquoise colored freshwater lake in the backdrop of holy Mt. Kailash it’s an amazing sight to bless your eyes with. Simikot Kailash Lhasa tour is an opportunity to perform kora around the sacred Mt. Kailash. Mt. Kailash and Lake Mansarovar are a holy site for Hindu, Buddhist, and Jain pilgrims. The place receives many people from around the globe yearly. They come here for religious purposes. Taking a holy bath in Mansarovar Lake and performing a kora around Mt. Kailash is considered to be a holy deed.

After performing the kora, the Simikot Kailash Lhasa Tour continues with a drive to Lhasa city. Lhasa city is the administrative center of the Tibetan territory. It consists of many religious, historical, and cultural heritage sites. We visit important places like Potala Palace, the Norbulingka Palace, the Sera monastery, the Drepung Monastery, the Jokhang Temple, Bakor street, etc. in Lhasa. Seamless Adventure to Annapurna Base Camp with World Alpine Trek

Our trek to Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) with World Alpine Trek was beyond amazing. From the moment we booked, Mr. Rabin provided all the info we needed quickly and clearly, which made us feel at ease right away. Everything was organized perfectly, including backup plans for any hiccups.

Mr. Deepak, our guide, was the true highlight. He was calm, professional, and never rushed us. He encouraged us to walk at our own pace, soak in the views, and reminded us that it was our holiday, so no need to stress! Every day, he would tell us when we’d eat, where we’d sleep, and always had a Plan B ready. It was like he knew our concerns before we even voiced them. Plus, the porters Mr. Amrit and Pramote were incredibly friendly and supportive, keeping us going even when the weather turned.

The accommodations were fantastic. In Kathmandu, the hotel was spacious, comfy, and conveniently close to Thamel. On the trail, the lodges were lovely—often with great views (unless it was raining or foggy!). Definitely bring layers, as the weather can change quickly, and good rain gear is a must!

Despite constant rain toward the end and flight delays, we never felt worried. The team handled everything with such ease that we felt completely carefree.

Lastly, big thanks to Dinesh my last EBC guide for introducing us to World Alpine Trek. His recommendation made all the difference, and I can’t recommend this company enough for a memorable ABC trek!

Thank you to everyone at World Alpine Trek, especially to Mr. Deepak, Dinesh, Amrit, Pramote and all the team members. We are James, New Jacky, and Yo, and we truly appreciate the wonderful experience!

Great ABC Trek Experience

My sincere thanks to the team of World Alpine Treks, without their help I would not have been able to complete the ABC trek. The guides and porters were professional, friendly and thoughtful. I was in bad condition due to a cold during the trek, but because of their care and help along the way, I was able to complete the trek safely. Highly recommend World Alpine Treks to anyone thinking of trekking in Nepal.
