Detailed Overview

The Nepal Nature Religion Tour is a special package that allows you to relish the glory of Mother Nature by visiting the sites of religious importance. Not all the travellers who visit Nepal come for mountains and nature; there are many people who visit this country with a religious purpose, especially Hindu and Buddhist travellers. Nepal is now a secular state, but prior to that, it used to be a Hindu kingdom. The country is dominated by people who follow the Hindu religion. Also, the Buddhist religion is the second-highest religion followed by people in Nepal. The founder of Buddhism, Lord Buddha, was born in Nepal. No wonder the influence of Buddhism can be noticed in the stupas and monasteries around Nepal.

Religious sites like Pashupatinath temple, Muktinath temples, Boudhanath stupa, Swayambhunath stupa, etc, are the major highlights of this tour. Besides these, you can also visit other small temples and stupas on the route. Pashupatinath temple is the holiest temple of Lord Shiva. Muktinath is a popular temple of Lord Vishnu in the Annapurna region. Likewise, Boudhanath stupa and Swayambhunath stupa are two UNESCO-listed heritage sites included in this tour.

Apart from the religious aspect, the tour comprises the natural glory of Nepal. You will be driven through some spectacular locations in Nepal. Pokhara is a lakeside city full of natural glories. You can stay beside the lake and admire the glories of the hills and mountains. Kagbeni and Muktinath are two wonderful locations known for the stunning beauty of the mountains that the place offers. Likewise, Ghorepani is a wonderful village that rewards with the close-up views of mountains in the Annapurna region.

These heritages are perfect examples of rich history, fine culture, and architectural treasures of Nepal. At first, you will be taken to Kathmandu Durbar Square. The art, crafts, and carvings in the palaces, temples, and other monuments of the durbar square are excellent. After that, you will be escorted to Swayambhunath stupa (Monkey temple), Pashupatinath temple, and Boudhanath stupa, respectively.

Pashupatinath Temple is the holy temple of Lord Shiva. It is one of the important temples that holds high value amongst the Hindu pilgrims. A temple is a living form of ancient temples and statues. The history of the temple dates back to the century. It’s an absolute opportunity to get some insights into the Hindu religion, culture, and practices. Seamless Adventure to Annapurna Base Camp with World Alpine Trek

Our trek to Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) with World Alpine Trek was beyond amazing. From the moment we booked, Mr. Rabin provided all the info we needed quickly and clearly, which made us feel at ease right away. Everything was organized perfectly, including backup plans for any hiccups.

Mr. Deepak, our guide, was the true highlight. He was calm, professional, and never rushed us. He encouraged us to walk at our own pace, soak in the views, and reminded us that it was our holiday, so no need to stress! Every day, he would tell us when we’d eat, where we’d sleep, and always had a Plan B ready. It was like he knew our concerns before we even voiced them. Plus, the porters Mr. Amrit and Pramote were incredibly friendly and supportive, keeping us going even when the weather turned.

The accommodations were fantastic. In Kathmandu, the hotel was spacious, comfy, and conveniently close to Thamel. On the trail, the lodges were lovely—often with great views (unless it was raining or foggy!). Definitely bring layers, as the weather can change quickly, and good rain gear is a must!

Despite constant rain toward the end and flight delays, we never felt worried. The team handled everything with such ease that we felt completely carefree.

Lastly, big thanks to Dinesh my last EBC guide for introducing us to World Alpine Trek. His recommendation made all the difference, and I can’t recommend this company enough for a memorable ABC trek!

Thank you to everyone at World Alpine Trek, especially to Mr. Deepak, Dinesh, Amrit, Pramote and all the team members. We are James, New Jacky, and Yo, and we truly appreciate the wonderful experience!

Great ABC Trek Experience

My sincere thanks to the team of World Alpine Treks, without their help I would not have been able to complete the ABC trek. The guides and porters were professional, friendly and thoughtful. I was in bad condition due to a cold during the trek, but because of their care and help along the way, I was able to complete the trek safely. Highly recommend World Alpine Treks to anyone thinking of trekking in Nepal.
