Generally, the basic medical kit/ first aid kit is carried by the team of World Alpine Treks. It consists of some basic medicines for some common problems seen while on the trek. The medical kit that we carry has some medicines for common types of problems like cough and cold, headache, mild fever, body ache, etc. However, we have observed that many trekkers like to have a medical kit/first aid kit of their own. So, we are often asked about the medicines that one should carry in their medical kit. Here we have listed some medicines that one can have in their medical kit.
