Detailed Overview

Chitwan Jungle Safari Tour is one of the best options for wildlife enthusiasts around the globe. Walk into the lush and dense tropical forests in the Terai belt of Nepal and experience the calmness of Mother Nature by staring at the golden sunset within the sandy bank of the Rapti River. It is a wonderful experience to find peace within the wilderness of wildlife in the dense jungles.

Chitwan National Park lies 172 km south of the Kathmandu valley in the lowland of the inner Terai. It covers an area of around 932 sq. km. The core jungle of the park comprises tropical forests. One-fifth of the park comprises the Narayani River, the Rapti River, dense elephant grassland, and lush forests of silk, acacia, cotton, and Sisam.

Also recognized as a UNESCO-listed world heritage site, Chitwan National Park is a site of ecological treasure. It is home to diverse species of flora, fauna, birds, and butterflies. With the Chitwan Jungle Safari Tour, you can enjoy a jungle walk, or elephant ride, or a jeep safari within the jungle. Animals like monkeys, deer, rhinoceros, sloths, etc, and birds like peacocks, woodpeckers, etc, are amongst the easily visible wildlife during your safari trip.
